John E. Lintzenich
John Lintzenich is an experienced transactional attorney in Denver, Colorado. John’s law practice focuses on business, real estate, and estate planning matters. He regularly advises business clients on entity formation and growth, general business counseling and management, contract drafting and review, and dispute resolution. John has also represented the interests of many clients in merger and acquisition transactions.
His real estate clients own both commercial and residential properties, as John handles all aspects of real estate transactions, title work, financing, zoning and land use, leasing, HOA issues, easements and licenses, as well as handling real estate litigation issues. He also represents real estate brokers, private lenders, commercial and residential developers, and property management companies.
John also designs and implements both simple and complex estate planning for clients, including wills, trusts, living wills, and powers of attorney, as well as handling probate matters. John’s foremost goal is providing exceptional, customized legal work for clients with the highest level of ethics and service.
Prior to co-founding Antero Law, LLC with Zach Mugge and Jared Seidenberg, John managed his own small firm/solo practice for the past eight years. He previously practiced real estate and commercial law with Tueller & Associates in Telluride, Colorado; business dispute, construction defect, and insurance defense work at Pryor Johnson Carney Karr Nixon in Denver; and began his career with Schlueter, Mahoney & Ross in Denver.
Relocating to Denver from the Midwest in 2002, John is a 2005 graduate of the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where he served as a Staff Editor on the Water Law Review. He is also graduated from DePauw University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. When not practicing law, John can usually be found somewhere in the Colorado mountains, skiing, hiking, biking, camping, fishing, or golfing with his wife and two sons.
