Zachary P. Mugge
Zach Mugge is an accomplished, peer-recognized trial attorney in Denver, Colorado. Zach practices in the areas of commercial and civil litigation, with a particular focus on complex business and transactional disputes, fraud and breach of fiduciary duty matters, and real estate disputes. In addition, Zach specializes in representing victims in personal injury matters, and in protecting the rights of policyholders in insurance disputes, including insurance bad faith cases. Zach has also developed a niche health care practice representing the interests of health care providers and medical lien companies who provide medical treatment on a lien basis to victims in personal injury matters.
Zach represents a wide array of clients ranging from large companies to individuals with disputes at every stage of litigation proceedings, including trials, arbitrations, appeals, administrative proceedings, and mediations. Zach has procured multi-million dollar verdicts for his clients at trial, argued cases before the Colorado Supreme Court and Colorado Court of Appeals, and obtained favorable results for his clients through settlements and alternative dispute resolution. The Super Lawyers publication selected Zach as a “Rising Star” in the Colorado legal profession in its 2009 - 2017 editions.
Before launching Antero Law, LLC with John Lintzenich and Jared Seidenberg, Zach was a partner with two Denver law firms, Sussex Law and Robinson Waters & O’Dorisio, P.C.
Zach is a 2004 graduate of the University of Colorado School of Law, where he served on the editorial board of the Colorado Journal of International Environmental Law and Policy and received the Gene R. Nichol Scholarship for his commitment to public service. Zach graduated from DePauw University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2000. In 2013-14, Zach had the privilege of participating in the prestigious Leadership Denver program.
Outside of the office, Zach enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, telemark skiing, fly fishing, and traveling.
