Appeals

The attorneys of Antero Law defend and prosecute appeals in both State and Federal appellate courts.  Our attorneys have handled appeals before the Colorado Supreme Court, Colorado Court of Appeals, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.  We understand the importance of good appellate brief writing and persuasive oral argument, and our team works collaboratively to prepare and fine-tune the written and oral presentation of each appeal.  In addition, for cases in which our attorneys handle the underlying trial, we develop and protect the record in the trial proceedings in anticipation of future appellate issues.
